Accident / Incident Investigation training course

Course duration: one day

This course is suitable for middle and junior managers, supervisors and team leaders.

The course is designed to enable front line managers to engage appropriately in this important reactive activity to prevent a re-occurrence in the future.

Whilst having an accident / incident in the workplace is unfortunate; an accident / incident also represents an opportunity to learn.

This one-day workshop includes

On completion of the course the delegates will have knowledge and understanding of the principles of accident investigation and will be able to carry out effective accident investigations, with appropriate recommendations to prevent a re-occurrence.

As with all our training courses, this course can be tailored to suit organisational requirements.  If your company has internal procedures or systems to promote, these can be complimented with reference to your own systems, which would add credibility to the training and create ownership within the company for the safety effort.
