Course duration: one dayThis course is suitable for anyone involved in CDM projects. The delegates will be introduced to the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2007 and the roles and responsibilities of the various duty holders. The course will include the application of the legislation and its interaction with other significant Health and Safety legislation; the roles and responsibilities of the CDM Co-ordinator and the other parties to the project will be explained. Guidance will be given on the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, The Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996. On completion of the course the delegates will be able to add value to the role of CDM Co-ordinator and compliment the health and safety effort of the construction project.
