Introduction to Health & Safety Management training course

Course duration: one day

This short course is suitable for newly appointed Junior Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders.

This course has been designed to give delegates an opportunity to reflect upon the duties

placed on the employer regarding health, safety and environmental performance, including

his or her own role, responsibility and accountability within the organisational framework.

The delegates will be offered best advice on how to contribute positively and effectively to the risk assessment process.

On completion of the training the delegates will have knowledge and understanding of the importance of health and safety to the organisation, including their own role within that framework, for the promotion and continuous improvement of health and safety standards within areas of their control.
