The NEBOSH International General Certificate is a well-established course aimed at providing operational managers with a responsibility for health and safety, with the necessary underpinning knowledge for them to perform their duties competently.

This qualification is designed to help those with health and safety responsibilities (i.e. managers, supervisors and employee representatives) to discharge more effectively their organisational duties and functions.

It is also suitable as an introduction to those staff intending to take up Health and Safety on a professional basis.

To qualify for the International Certificate, candidates must pass both parts of the written examination and practical test. This involves an inspection and the compilation of a report, which must be written in English. The written examination is also in English.

Delegates wishing to study this course must register with NEBOSH

As with all our courses, this course can be tailored to suit organisational requirements, for instance the course can be spread over a convenient time span, such as over ten consecutive days, or one, two, or three days per week.
